Requests for in-suite repairs should be sent to your building manager.

CH Living will provide 24-hour notice to enter your suite for any purpose connected with the repair, improvement, care, and management of the premises.

Please remember a notice is not required for emergency situations: e.g. major water leaks which can occur when balcony doors and windows are left open during extremely cold days in winter.

Leaking water should be reported for immediate repair to avoid potential damage to the building and to avoid wasting water.

Balcony door coverings must be seen as plain white from the outside of the building.

Pest Management

It is your responsibility to report a suspicion or sighting of any pests.

Refusal of treatment, or lack of preparation for treatment, may be cause for eviction.

If pests are found to be the tenant’s fault, the cost of treatment is their responsibility.

CH Living has the right to treat the rental unit to avoid the spread of pests throughout the property. You are not allowed to treat pests on your own, but we require your cooperation to resolve the issue.

Preventative maintenance is the number one way to manage and control pests! Refer to our preventative pest control form below for further information and instructions.

Balconies, Patios, & Windows

Balconies and hallways should not be used as storage areas for personal items or objects. Small furniture and potted plants are appropriate for balconies. Nothing should be swept, thrown, or shaken from balconies, stairways, windows, halls, or corridors.

Windows and balconies are not to be enclosed, decorated, or covered by any awnings or shades.

Hanging flags or other materials and objects that change the appearance of the building exterior and balconies is prohibited.

No items or objects such as bikes can be sticking out from balcony edges.

Balcony door coverings must be seen as plain white from the outside of the building.
